Mark Mulvaney is our Director of Pharmacy and works directly with our research team. He has been working within the pharmaceutical industry for over fifteen years experience in both the hospital and clinical setting. Mark graduated from UCSF School of Pharmacy in 2008 and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Washington. Since that time he has worked at Harborview Medical Center, Northwestern Medical Center, and currently UW Medicine. He has partnered collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Demonstrating to experienced practitioners and learners alike the knowledge and skill pharmacists bring to the healthcare team. Dr. Mulvaney has developed four unique new clinical pharmacist roles for pain management in the inpatient and outpatient setting. He is invited yearly to give lectures to the graduating medical students at the University of Washington regarding pain management and has been the recipient of Preceptor Merit recognition by the UW School of Pharmacy. Working with Plesio Health gives him the opportunity to see how cannabinoids can benefit patients not just for pain management, but a spectrum of other health related issues common today.
