Emma has joined Plesio Health as a strategic advisor, supporting the growth and fundraising strategies of the organization. Emma has spent her career leading, building & scaling rapid-growth businesses in the travel, restaurant, and cannabis industries. Emma is an investor in a few healthcare startups and is also Founder & Principal of ABO Performance, a business strategy agency focusing on small businesses in highly regulated industries. Emma’s experience includes playing a critical role in the $390M acquisition of a Series C start-up by Grubhub in 2018; holding leadership roles and driving Go to Market Strategies for some of the industry’s largest technology companies (Leaflink, Dutchie); and has been instrumental in over $400M of fundraises across the companies she has supported. Emma is deeply passionate about healthcare reform and is an advocate for a number of nonprofits pushing for better, more accessible options.
